Boardroom Search
We established Boardroom Search within the Fish & Nankivell business in 1988 to assist organisations in the appointment of non-executive chairmen and directors. Our approach to these appointments is identical to our executive search process, a part of which is utilising an excellent database of qualified candidates, developed over the past 20 years from conducting many assignments for board appointments across a broad range of industry sectors and organisations.
Our capabilities in Boardroom Search are also enhanced through the direct experience that our Principals have gained in occupying non-executive chairman and director positions in a range of organisations.
