Fish & Nankivell Ogilvie Watson is a member of Penrhyn International, a worldwide partnership of independent executive search consulting firms working together to provide the highest standards of service in international assignments. Penrhyn International was founded in 1979 and today has 21 firms on 5 continents. With revenues of over US$ 50 million pa, it employs over 80 consultants and more than 200 staff.
Penrhyn International exists to:
- Provide superior executive search capabilities to the clients of member firms.
- Provide research support to member firms in the execution of international search assignments.
- Provide a forum for the exchange of professional practice standards and ideas, for the development and enhancement of professional skills, and for the cultivation of a global perspective in the conduct of our work.
Penrhyn International has global membership of the Association of Executive Search Consultants Inc. (AESC), the worldwide standard setting body of the retained executive search industry. Penrhyn International enthusiastically endorses the best practice principles set out by AESC.
Since its foundation in 1979, Penrhyn International has been, and continues to be, represented in the leadership of AESC. Members of Penrhyn International have been Chairmen of the Association, and Chairmen and Members of many of its Committees. Three members of Penrhyn International have been awarded the Gardner Heidrick Award for distinguished contribution to the executive search profession, a reflection of the importance which our partnership gives to the support and observance of the highest standards of professional practice.
We have been a member of Penrhyn since its inception and are proud of our key role in Penrhyn’s work. Ian Nankivell is past Chairman of Penrhyn and Kathy McLean is currently the worldwide convenor of the knowledge management committee of Penrhyn.
