We established Boardroom Search within the Fish & Nankivell business in 1988 to assist organisations in the appointment of non-executive chairs and directors. Our approach to these appointments is identical to our executive search process, a part of which is utilising an excellent database of qualified candidates, developed over the past 30 years from conducting many assignments for board appointments across a broad range of industry sectors and organisations, including the not-for-profit sector.
