Board Reviews

Our board review process is specifically tailored to the needs of each client organisation and covers all aspects of performance, governance and individual director’s competencies and skills.

Board reviews typically have four key objectives:

To provide individual directors with the opportunity to provide structured feedback to the chair, their colleagues and to management.
To provide senior management with an opportunity to provide constructive feedback on their interaction with the board.
To develop and agree upon a positive action plan to improve the effectiveness of the board and its composition.
To provide the chair with data upon which to base performance reviews with individual directors and to help develop their effectiveness and contribution to the board.
